83 new fixes over 74 inherited from previous hotfixes. Are the numbers of the last Hotfix Rollup Pack (the second) for XenApp (aka Presentation Server) version 4.5. This rollup pack also applies to Access Essential 2.0, the version I mount small business dedicated to XenApp.

Reading between the lines of the readme is clear from a very important installation note: Once updated the server is no longer possible to upgrade the Streaming Client and Profiler version 1.1. And 'therefore necessary to upgrade these two packages before you upgrade to HFR02!
