  • The XP940-equipped with Windows XP Embedded SP3

Of particular interest is the new ThinOX 8, which, together with the release of the new hardware platform, has been renovated: in particular, this release introduces version 11 of the Citrix Receiver for Linux, version designed to support XenDesktop and some important features such as 'acceleration HDX MediaStream. The ThinOX 8 also comes ready to connect to VMware View 3.1 and supports other brokers EVs and integrates support for smart cards.

The new terminal shows a very small form factor, suitable for installation behind an LCD monitor (there is a VESA bracket anchor) and ensures a good energy savings by consuming only 9 watts.
