Citrix Secure Gateway: get version 3.1.2

Still some problems of stability for the Secure Gateway 3.1. So even Citrix releases an update less than two months from the previous version.

Two problems related to Citrix XTE Service and a small memory leak after upgrading to version 3.1.1 forced to release this new version.
