Citrix Receiver for Linux version released 11,100
The war within the VDI also brings benefits to end users. Citrix has never released so many updates and new versions of the client as in the past 12 months, because the goal is to give as many miles on the user experience of devices: Anywhere, Any Client, Any connection.
Brings us a new version of the Receiver for Linux that is filling a long series of failures, especially for connections to XenDesktop. Here are some of the new features:
- New audio codecs (HDX RealTime) for support of softphones and VoIP technologies
- Improved support for video playback (HDX MediaStream)
- Support for devices "USB isochronous' (webcam)
- Integration Branch Repeater
- Support for HDX 3D Pro Graphics
- Improved multi-monitor support
The availability of this new version will allow clients to implement a series of advanced functions on all Linux based ThinClient.
