Citrix XenClient: RC2 available, plans to release for Synergy
Citrix has released the Release Candidate of XenClient, the platform virtualization developed in collaboration with Intel that is revolutionizing the understanding of the VDI.
The new release candidate is a further step forward in terms of stability and compatibility and features a slightly wider HCL. Remember always required the use of Intel machines, and especially video card Intel 4500 series.
Alessandro Perilli also shows us that version 1.0 of the product should be given for late September, most likely in conjunction with the Citrix Synergy will be held from 6 to 8 October 2010 in Berlin. XenClient will be available as part of XenDesktop 4 Feature Pack 2 in Enterprise and Platinum versions, will also be available a version of the Express product limited to 10 devices, but completely free.
